Our Mission: Creating Immersive Adventures with a Human Touch

At WeEscape, our mission is to deliver exciting, story-driven escape room experiences that blend human creativity with smart technology — all while keeping real people at the heart of everything we do.

We believe escape rooms are about more than just puzzles. They’re about imagination, teamwork, laughter, and challenge. Every room is a world of its own — carefully crafted by our in-house team of game designers, artists, builders, and storytellers. We’re proud to employ up to 8 local staff and creative professionals who bring their ideas, energy, and artistry to every part of the experience. From set design to customer care, their work is what makes WeEscape a place people come back to.

To support this team and enhance our games, we also use ethical, licensed AI tools. These tools help us with aspects like video storytelling, voiceovers, and briefings — allowing our staff to stay focused on what they do best: welcoming players, resetting rooms, and creating an enjoyable, personal experience for every visitor.

Our introductory AI videos, for example, allow us to give every team a consistent and entertaining overview of the game’s rules or story. This ensures no crucial info is skipped, and helps us keep the pace moving — especially on busy days when we may run up to 40 sessions across our five rooms. But we never leave guests on their own: a real Game Master always meets every group, checks in before your game starts, answers questions, and monitors your progress throughout.

We also want to address an important topic: difficulty is subjective. A room that feels confusing to one team might click instantly with another. That doesn’t make the design flawed or the puzzles too easy — it simply highlights how varied players' problem-solving styles, knowledge, and group dynamics can be. Our rooms have been played by thousands of teams, and we’ve seen advanced players breeze through a challenge while newcomers get stuck — and vice versa.

That’s why we’ve adjusted how we label our games: rather than defining each one strictly by difficulty, we now describe them as suitable for beginner to advanced levels, with age recommendations and themes clearly outlined. This helps players choose rooms that suit their interests and experience levels, without setting rigid expectations.

Just because someone finishes a room quickly doesn't mean it's “easy” — and just because a team asks for hints doesn’t mean they're not doing great. It's all part of the adventure.

Family-Friendly & Safety First: Our Age Policy

Our escape rooms are designed to be family-friendly and age-appropriate, with many themes and puzzles suitable for a wide range of ages. However, for the safety of both our players and staff, we do have some important age and supervision guidelines:

  • Players aged 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult (18+) inside the room during gameplay.

  • We do not allow children to be left unattended on the premises or in the rooms, even if they are experienced players.

  • This policy is in line with standard practices across the escape room industry and ensures that everyone has a safe, enjoyable, and supported experience.

  • While our rooms are designed to be fun for all ages, certain puzzles may require critical thinking or reading comprehension that younger players may find more challenging — which makes adult participation even more valuable for team success and enjoyment.

We welcome families, school groups, and younger players — and we love seeing multigenerational teams solve puzzles together! Just make sure an adult is part of the adventure, too.

At WeEscape, we’re always listening, evolving, and striving to create rooms that surprise and delight. We welcome all feedback, because it helps us grow and improve. But most importantly, we’re committed to honesty, creativity, and community — and to making sure every player feels valued from the moment they walk through our doors.

Technology is just one of the tools we use. The real experience is built by people — both behind the scenes and in the game.
